Important information for employees scheduled to be paid this week (i.e. on H Pay Run) – UPDATE
Yesterday we were advised that an external technology provider that supports employee pay systems for several Victorian health services had experienced a significant disruption that may impact the normal schedule of salary payments due this week.
We activated our contingency plans immediately, and I am pleased to advise that these plans are progressing well, and all employees who are due to be paid this week will be.
If your payment is due this week, you may experience a delay of up to 24 hours from when you usually see it appear in your account. Payments for Thursday’s pay run generally appear in employee bank accounts on Wednesday but may arrive on Thursday this week.
A further update will be provided by 2pm today.
