As per previous years, the Finance Department will have reduced services during the Christmas and New Year period from 24 December 2021 to 4 January 2022. Full details can be found below.
Cashiers – Clayton, Dandenong, Kingston and Casey
- Closed – 27 and 28 December 2021, 3 January 2022
- Please note on the 24 December 2021 and 31 December 2021 cashiers will close at 2.30pm
- Normal operating hours apply on all other days
Accounts Receivable
- Closed – 29, 30 and 31 December 2021
- Will resume to normal services from the 4 January 2022
- Sundry Debtor – Sundry Billing requests close on 17 December 2021
Accounts Payable
Please note the following dates for submission of invoices:
- Invoices submitted before COB on the 17 December 2021 will be included in the payment run on 22 December 2021
- Invoices submitted after COB on the 17 December 2021 will be included in the payment run on 5 January 2022
- Only basic resources will be available from the 29 December 2021 to 31 December 2021
Doctors Fee for service
- Billing sheets received between 17 December 2021 and 4 January 2021 will be processed in January 2022.
General Ledger and Financial Planning and Analysis
- Only basic resources will be available from the 29 December 2021 and will resume to normal services from the 4 January 2022.
