Please ensure you complete the online COVID-19 Positive Notification Form as soon as you receive a positive COVID-19 test result, either via PCR or RAT.
If you received a positive result using a RAT, you will also need to notify the Department of Health using their COVID-19 Positive Rapid Antigen Test Self-Reporting Form.
Need to get tested?
Employees can get tested for COVID-19 without a booking in four ways:
- Asymptomatic employees can get swab tested at a Monash Health Pathology Collection site
- Symptomatic employees can get a Rapid Antigen Test from 9.30am to 5pm at 20 Wright St, Clayton
- For employee and household swabs, attend 133 Wellington Rd Clayton priority testing from 8am to 3pm daily.
Remember to turn on your hazard lights to alert the team that you’re an employee - Attend your nearest public COVID-19 testing site.
