The Health and Allied Services, Manager and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 (Proposed Agreement) has been finalised and is going to ballot. The ballot is now open and will close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 16 March 2022. You will only be able to vote during this period. You can visit the People and Culture intranet (Citrix login required when off-site) for all the relevant information and answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. A recording of yesterday’s Employee session including a summary of the Proposed Agreement, questions, and salary and classification changes can also be viewed here.
How to vote
Information on how to vote is available on the People and Culture Intranet site and was also emailed to you on 18 February.
You can also access the voting form here or by scanning the below QR code on your phone. To make sure your vote is accepted, please enter your name on the form as it’s displayed in the payroll system.
More than 50% of all Eligible Employees that vote (at all the Employers covered by the Proposed Agreement) must vote for the approval of the Proposed Agreement for it to be submitted to the Fair Work Commission on Monash Health’s behalf.
Voting closes 5:00pm on Wednesday 16 March 2022 so please have your say.
