Take leave before the end of June

We value all employees and appreciate their ongoing work and commitment during challenging times. Our operations evolved to respond to COVID-19, but as this situation develops it’s essential we as an organization renew our focus on Employee Wellbeing.

With this in mind, if you haven’t had the chance, we encourage you to take some annual leave before the end of June.

We understand not all areas have the same capacity (or demand) for Leave in this period. Please work with your manager to determine the best time for you to take leave without affecting your team or our provision of care.

Striking the right balance

We’re aware some of our teams don’t have the capacity for everyone to take leave before June. While managers will have to consider requests in line with current operational requirements, we are focused on ensuring the maximum possible leave will be allocated across our employees.

Individual Leave allocations will not be affected, and employees continue to accrue their usual allotment of leave in this period.

Talk to your manager

Before booking leave in KRONOS, you’ll need to check in with your manager to confirm your request – this will help make sure we maintain our outstanding level of care to the community.
