This year as part of Patient Experience Week, you’re invited to submit an A3 poster showcasing your consumer participation activities. There are some great prizes on offer and your poster will be printed and displayed during Patient Experience Week 25 – 29 April.
Consumer participation provides us with a broader perspective of what matters to our patients, carers and families, which we use to improve the patient experience. Consumer participation is everyone’s responsibility and there are some fantastic examples across Monash Health.
The poster competition will allow us to celebrate and showcase the innovative consumer participation projects that have taken place throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Competition details
Monash Health employees and consumer advisors are invited to submit an A3 poster showcasing an improvement project that engaged consumers in understanding the problems and identifying the solutions. Please include:
- The improvement opportunity—What was the identified need?
- How were consumers engaged in the improvement project?
- What changed as a result of consumer engagement?
Please submit your poster to consumerparticipation@monashhealth.org by 6 April 2022.
Our Community Advisory Committee will judge the entries and we have lots of Woolworths/Big W voucher prizes for the winning posters!
Winners will be announced during Patient Experience Week between 26 and 28 April.
