UKG Dimensions is gearing up to launch in July 2022. Here’s what’s coming next!
What is UKG Dimensions?
UKG Dimensions is the latest cloud based rostering and timekeeping system. UKG Dimensions is replacing Monash Health’s current version of Kronos. Monash Health has been operating on an older version of Kronos, which faces limitations into the future. Making this change now will provide you with improved functionality.
What functionality changes will there be in UKG Dimensions?
UKG Dimensions is a cloud based system which means it can be accessed anywhere, anytime and from any device. This will speed up connection and processing times for employees and managers. Other changes include:
- Entering availability, requesting shift swaps and open shifts are all easily accessible from your homepage.
- Notifications are easily processed through the control centre.
- The customisable homepage gives managers the flexibility to see the data that’s important to them.
When will training be available?
Training, delivered via Latte and the UKG Dimensions Knowledge Hub, will begin from 23 May 2022. More information will be provided closer to the time.
