Update – Health and Allied Services, Manager and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

As part of the implementation of the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2021 – 2025 (EA) please see below timelines for when you can expect a wage increase and any back payment owed to you (where applicable):

Please note that where you are classified under the Managers and Administrative Workers section of the Agreement;

  • As a Grade 1A and you have less than 12 months’ service as at 1 July 2021, you will remain classified as Grade 1A and translate to Grade 1 Level 1 from your anniversary date; or
  • as a Grade 1 to Grade 5 and you have less than 12 months’ service as at 1 July 2021, you will remain classified as a Level 1 within your Grade and will not receive back pay or a wage increase at this time. However, you will increment to the next level within your grade on your next anniversary date. This increment progression will result in a wage increase.
