From 6am on Thursday 7 July, works will commence in the multi-deck carpark at Dandenong Hospital to replace approximately 310 lights with new energy-saving LED lights.
The works are scheduled to be completed by 21 July 2022.
How will it impact me?
Each day between 6am to 2:30pm, the contract electricians will isolate approximately 38 car spaces inside the multi-deck carpark.
From 7am each day, Engineering will provide 44 empty car spaces on the ramp that leads to the top deck of the multi-deck carpark.
Monash Health dayshift staff can park in these 44 spaces for the duration of their shift.
During the day, the isolated carparks will be released to users as the lights are replaced, with all 38 carparks being handed back for normal use by 2.30pm.
The electrical contractor will manage the traffic in their work zone. Monash Health staff are required to comply with their directions.
As a general reminder, jockey parking is available via the parking attendant Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
