July’s instalment of the Digital Wellbeing series asks you to clearly define your purpose in life. Research shows that a clear purpose not only improves your sense of wellbeing, but also makes you live longer.
While you watch this month’s module, reflect on what’s most important to you, what your most passionate about, and where your skills lie. Your purpose in life might just be where those answers converge.
Available for all our employees, the Digital Wellbeing Series by the Resilience Project includes ten 3-minute videos covering topics including mindfulness, emotional literacy, and social connection.
Each month we will put the spotlight on a different topic and share new strategies you can introduce into your daily routine to prioritise your health and mental wellbeing.

You can access all 10 topics of the Digital Wellbeing Series. However, the monthly spotlights aim to help you focus on one topic at a time. To make new lasting habits, it is important to start small, add in one change at a time and to remain consistent. If you feel more comfortable, you can complete all modules in your own time.
