Employee parking options at Casey Hospital

We continue to provide Jockey Parking at Casey Hospital to maximise the number of cars that can fit in the carparks. Extra parking is also available behind St John of God Hospital across the road.

Recently we have all seen instances of cars parked unsafely. To ensure the safety of our workmates, and to make sure we all get to work on time, it’s important we make use of the Jockey Parking service and the extra car parking behind St John of God Hospital.

Please don’t park on access ramps or the end of parking bays, and please don’t double park in areas not designated for Jockey Parking, as shown below:

How does Jockey Parking work ?

Cars are double-parked in the aisles and are moved by car parking attendants when the blocked car needs to leave. The attendant then drives the car that was double-parked into the vacated space, locks it and secures the keys in the attendants’ booth.

Jockey Parking operates from a booth in the car park from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
