Monash Health has several Enterprise Agreements currently in various stages of bargaining, with voting on the following proposed agreements closing at 5pm on 27 October:
- Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026
- Dental Therapists, Dental Hygienists and Oral Health Therapists’ (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2023
- Medical Scientists. Pharmacists and Psychologists Victorian Public Sector (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
- Biomedical Engineers (Victorian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2023
We have emailed copies of the proposed Enterprise Agreements, a summary of changes and balloting instructions to employees covered by the above Enterprise Agreements.
The ballots for these Enterprise Agreements will close at 5pm on 27 October 2022 so please ensure that you vote before then.
Voting on the following two Enterprise Agreements has now closed:
- Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026
- Medical Specialists (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026
We’ve received confirmation that these Enterprise Agreements have been approved by the majority of employees and will now be lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval. We expect that the approval process by the Fair Work Commission may take some weeks and will update you when we have more information.
