Monash Health has several Enterprise Agreements currently in various stages of approval with the Fair Work Commission, as outlined below.
Enterprise Agreement approved
The ballot for the proposed Medical Specialists (Victorian Public Health Sector)(AMA Victoria/ASMOF)(Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026 ended on Sunday 23 October 2022 with the majority of employees who voted for it approving the Agreement.
Subsequently, the Agreement was lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval. The Agreement has now been approved by the Commission and will commence operating on 3 November 2022.
More information regarding implementation and the payment of wage increases will be communicated shortly.
Enterprise Agreements lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval
The ballot for the following proposed Enterprise Agreements ended on Thursday 27 October 2022 and were successful for each Enterprise Agreement.
- Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026
- Dental Therapists, Dental Hygienists and Oral Health Therapists’ (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2023
- Medical Scientists. Pharmacists and Psychologists Victorian Public Sector (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025
- Biomedical Engineers (Victorian Public Sector) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2023
The above Enterprise Agreements have been lodged with the Fair Work Commission for approval. We expect that the approval process by the Fair Work Commission may take some weeks and will update you when we have more information.
The Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026 previously lodged with the Fair Work Commission is also still pending approval.
