The Pharmacy department has been undertaking a restructure process for the Pharmacy Team Leaders. The new structure will be implemented from Monday 14 November 2022.
What does this restructure mean?
Pharmacy Team Leaders are your initial contact point for enquiries relating to:
- Operational service provision
- Patient flow within their pharmacy services
- Pharmacy medication incident investigation.
The Pharmacy Team Leaders are responsible for:
- The day-to-day pharmacy services at each of the sites where their services are present
- Ensuring the team delivers a safe and efficient service
- Ensuring Pharmacy representation on governance and quality committees associated with their service as required
- Ensuring that their team meets or exceeds key performance indicators.
How to get in touch with Pharmacy Team Leaders
Pharmacy Team Leaders are best contacted either via Teams or by their emails. Some Team Leaders are responsible for services across multiple Monash Health sites.
