Give yourself a (free) gift of gratitude this festive season

As we enter the festive season, why not gift yourself a Resilience Project journal. Expressions of interest to receive a free Wellbeing Journal from The Resilience Project close this Friday 25 November. 

If you are interested in receiving a Wellbeing Journal, please complete this short form. The Resilience Project explores evidence-based approaches to building resilience, empathy and mindfulness to help you develop and sustain positive mental health and support your loved ones.  There are six-month journals for people already committed to journaling practice, as well as 21-day journals for people who just want to give it a go. 

Their journals are a practical way to embed these approaches into your day. The journals include questions and reflections to encourage you to build lasting positive wellbeing habits, to be happier and build resilience.
