Join us on the journey of reconciliation

Help shape our next Reconciliation Action Plan.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) embeds the principles and purpose of reconciliation in the work that we do. Based on the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunities, RAPs provide tangible and substantive benefits to all people and increase economic equity and First Nations peoples’ self-determination.

We are actively seeking a range of voices to inform our 2023-2025 Monash Health Reconciliation Action Plan. No previous experience is required – all you need is a passion for improving health outcomes for First Nations communities and influencing reconciliation action across Monash Health.

Employees from all backgrounds and cultures are encouraged to participate. This is also a great opportunity for personal learning and development.

How to get involved

Come along to our Reconciliation Action Information Session held at 11 am on 15 February 2023 via Teams.

You can decide your level of participation. Feel free to attend just to listen and show solidarity or bring your ideas and feedback to share.

To get a sense of the change our Reconciliation Action Plan will create, read our last RAP.

If you want to find out more about RAPs and the impacts they have, watch this two-minute video.
