If you know a Monash Health nurse or midwife who has shown an extraordinary example of kindness, compassion, agility, resilience, respect, or excellence this year then it is time to complete an award nomination to recognise their dedication and achievements.
All NAMAS nominations and applications can be made by simply;
- Visiting the STAR portal, login or register
- Select NAMAS from the drop-down menu and follow the prompts
- You can save your application and come back to it, just don’t forget to complete it before midnight Sunday 12 March.

The award categories are:
- Foundations of Nursing/Midwifery Care (Individual)
- Nursing / Midwifery Practice Innovation (Individual)
- Nursing / Midwifery Wellbeing, Support and Connection (Individual)
- Emerging Nursing / Midwifery Leader Award (Individual)
- Nursing / Midwifery Leadership Achievements (Individual)
- Team Excellence Award (Team)
The scholarship categories are:
- Research
- Study Tour
- High Impact Short Course
