Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH) employees will have an opportunity to attend the Log On Event and Favourites Fair which are commencing at Monash Medical Centre! Here’s your opportunity to be Go-Live 2 ready for the EMR and Digital Systems.
Log On Event
All non-medical VHH employees can ensure they are ready to access the EMR and other key systems e.g. Baret, Clinical Mobile Handheld Devices and the Automated Medication Cabinet (AMC)! The Logon Event will ensure you are in the correct EMR position after completing training and provide an opportunity to set up your key preferences (e.g. patient, ward, unit lists and iView bands).
No bookings are required.
Location: On-site at Monash Medical Centre – The Meeting Place, Level 2, between the orange lifts and the Aboriginal Healing Garden. This helpful map has wayfinding details.
Target Audience: This event is relevant for ALL non-medical VHH employees requiring EMR access.
Tuesday 28 February 12.30pm to 4.00pm in-person at MMC – no bookings required

The Favourites Fair will ensure all VHH Doctors and Nurse Practitioners can set up their ‘Favourites’ to ensure a smooth transition at Go-Live 2. Times and dates will be confirmed soon so you won’t miss out!
The Favourites Fair will offer you an opportunity to set up/review your:
- Correct EMR position
- Ambulatory Organiser (set up your clinics and favourites/filters)
- Patient Lists/Doctor Worklist
- ECG Filters on the Cardiovascular Worklist
- Ambulatory Autotexts and ‘Quick Visits’
- Baret mobile installation and registration
These 1:1 sessions are expected to take 30 – 60 minutes and will ensure you are ready for Go-Live 2.
The Electronic Medical Record team will continue to work with medical unit heads to ensure the Favourites Fair is available to all VHH Doctors (and NPs) so that you are ready to start at the VHH!
