How do I place transfer requests in the EMR?
If you are a Nurse/Midwife Manager, Associate Nurse/Midwife Manager or Ward Clerk who places transfer requests in the EMR, help is here! Firstly, you can refer to the EMR Knowledge Hub Resources, speak with a teammate, manager, or EMR Champion, if you are still having trouble, you can call the EMR help desk.

How do I get help with Bed Allocation in CapMan?
If you are an NCO/Bed Manager/Subacute Clerk/Mental Health Bed Manager or EPS staff member – there is a CapMan Super User available on site between 7.00am and 11.30pm daily who you can contact directly by posting your request on the MS Teams Bed Management (CapMan) channel, within the VHH Digital Super Users & Champions Teams Group. Remember that you can post both questions and requests into this channel.
Between 11.30pm and 7.00am, night duty NCOs and after-hours EPS employees can post their questions into the MS Teams channel to seek assistance from their colleagues. If you still require assistance after this, please call the CapMan hotline on ext. 11896 or call 7511 1896.
