VHH EMR and Digital Systems – How do I seek help at Go-Live?

Need help with the new EMR and digital systems during Go-Live? Follow these simple steps to receive the help you need! 

I am a VHH employee – how do I get help? 

There are several ways you can seek support during Go-Live and beyond. Start by asking your colleagues and/or EMR Champion, then head to the EMR Knowledge Hub to access a variety of support materials such as QRGs, workflow posters, factsheets, and videos. Finally, we have our Super Users available on-site to help, or assist with logging tickets on Central if required.

If you still need help, communicate your issue to your manager who will use the relevant MS Teams Channel to contact the Go-Live support crew including Super Users, Trainers, EMR and Informatics experts.

I am a Super User or Champion – how do I get help? 

The Go-Live support crew is here to help you! First, enter your question into the relevant MS Teams Channel so your fellow Super Users and Champions can assist. Second, the Trainers, and EMR and Informatics experts (Level 2 and Level 3) will be monitoring your entries in MS Teams and will assist you as required to resolve any issues. Finally, if you encounter a technical issue, please log a ticket into Central and enter the ticket number and issue details into the relevant MS Teams Channel.
