To find everything you need to know about the EMR visit the EMR Knowledge Hub to learn about training, QRGs, videos, workflow posters, the downtime process, plus more via the resource library.
To find a specific resource such as a ‘QRG for Bed Management in CapMan’ or ‘Downtime Weekly Checklist’ for example, follow the below steps:
1. Select EMR Resource Library from the Knowledge Hub homepage and scroll down to the search box.
2. Enter search words or phrases, such as ‘capacity management’ or ‘downtime’. Note: do not enter special characters or punctuations. (e.g. do not use ‘-‘ or ‘/’ or ‘:’ etc)
3. Scroll down the resources page to see the search results:
If the search needs to be refined, change the search terms or use the available filters. Selecting filters from different categories will narrow down the resources that meet the criteria for all filters selected. Ensure you select ‘Apply‘ to each filter category to filter your results.
You can see from the example below by selecting the filters ‘Quick Reference Guide’, ‘Capacity Management’ and ‘Ambulatory – Outpatients’ it has narrowed the search from 20 results to 3 results.
