As part of Patient Experience Week, you’re invited to submit an A3 poster showcasing your consumer participation activities. There are great prizes on offer and your poster will be printed and displayed during Patient Experience Week 26-27 April 2023.
Consumer participation provides us with a broad perspective of what matters to our patients, carers and families. We use these perspectives to improve our systems and processes and ultimately the patient experience and patient health outcomes. Consumer participation is everyone’s responsibility and there are some fantastic examples of initiatives across Monash Health.
The poster competition will allow us to celebrate and showcase the innovative consumer participation projects that have taken place over the past year.
Competition details
Monash Health employees and consumer advisors are invited to submit an A3 poster showcasing a service improvement project that engaged consumers to help us understand the problems and identify the solutions. Please include:
- The improvement opportunity—What was the identified need?
- How were consumers engaged in the improvement project?
- What changed as a result of consumer engagement?
Our Community Advisory Committee will judge the entries and we have lots of Woolworths/Big W voucher prizes for the winning posters!
Winners will be announced during Patient Experience Week between 26-27 April.
