The employee consultation period for the One Pay transition has now closed. We thank all employees who provided feedback.
For all H payrun employees, a change to your pay week will occur in August. The key dates are outlined below.
| 27 July 2023 | Last pay processed on H payrun (for the fortnight ending 23 July) |
| 3 August 2023 | One week’s pay on the N payrun (for the week ending 30 July) |
| 17 August 2023 | First full fortnight pay on N payrun (for the fortnight ending 13 August 2023) |
What can you do now?
Now is the time to assess how this change may impact your circumstances, such as considering any direct debits or other payments you have aligned with your pay cycle.
You can use this checklist to prompt any action you may need to take depending on your circumstances.
Recurring deductions from your pay
Payroll will make contact with organisations that receive direct deductions from your pay to advise them of your pay cycle change.
Any recurring deductions direct from your pay, such as superannuation, union fees or child support, will be paid a half amount from the one-off, one-week pay, with full fortnightly deductions to resume from the next fortnightly pay. You will not lose out on any of these payments.
Salary packaging through Maxxia
We are working closely with Maxxia to ensure the change to One Pay runs smoothly. The good news is that you don’t need to do anything here.
No payments will be made to Maxxia from your one-off pay occurring on 3 August, and Maxxia has confirmed that this will not affect your benefits.
Maxxia will be in touch with you directly with more information about your specific salary packaging arrangements, so keep an eye on your emails.
