The Move Smart program ensures that teams gain practical knowledge and develop skills to perform correct posture and lifting techniques during manual handling tasks to stay safe and prevent injury while undertaking your role at Monash Health.
All employees must complete their Move Smart training on LATTE, Move Smart – Introduction to Manual Handling, then complete the online Move Smart quiz by 1 October 2023.
Some areas will also need to complete additional discipline-specific LATTE training, such as Nursing, Midwifery and Theatre Technicians.
