CDI Professionals are crucial in enhancing patient safety, enriching documentation and data quality by assisting in creating best practices, processes and utilising technology to ensure documentation matters!

Meet Jodie Chapman, our Clinical Documentation Integrity and Coding Relationship Manager

Jodie is a Qualified Health Information Manager (HIM) who has worked at Monash Health since 2004 across roles including Clinical Coder, Mental Health HIM, Manager of Health Information Services Casey Hospital, Coding Manager South East Sector.
She is now excelling as Monash Health’s Clinical Documentation Integrity and Coding Relationship Manager. Jodie is our go-to for diligent documentation partnering with clinical teams to improve our practices and processes.
Her work helps to ensure high-quality clinical care and accurate documentation.
