Wellbeing Journals from The Resilience Project are available until Friday, 27 October! If you’re eager to build a daily routine and cement positive wellbeing habits, consider receiving a free Wellbeing Journal.
The Wellbeing Journals are a tool to help you get started, featuring daily questions, reflections, wellbeing tips and simple activities to help you develop positive mental health and focus on developing Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness (GEM).
Developed in collaboration with clinical psychologist and Imperfects podcast regular, Dr Emily Musgrove, this journal is designed for adults and teenagers aged 12 years and older. There are two types of journals available for free through the Expression of Interest form:
21 Day Wellbeing Journal
Research indicates after just 21 days of daily gratitude practice, you can rewire your brain to scan the world for the positives. The 21 Day Wellbeing Journal is for those keen to give GEM a go and start developing positive wellbeing habits.
6 Month Wellbeing Journal
The 6 Month Wellbeing Journal could be for you if you are already committed to the journalling practice or want to cultivate long-term happiness and resilience.
