I invite you to take part in the 2023 People matter survey, which opens today.
The People matter survey is an annual employee survey conducted across the Victorian Public Sector. It is a safe and anonymous opportunity to share your thoughts and help shape the future of our health service.
This year’s survey will ask about your experience working at Monash Health, including workplace culture, manager support, leadership, equal employment opportunity and wellbeing.
I encourage you to be open and honest in your responses; we know there are things we do well and areas where we need to improve, and every one of you that participates in this survey will help us build a clearer picture.
The survey provides a safe and anonymous platform for you to share your thoughts. We can reassure you that strict measures are in place to protect your anonymity throughout the survey process.
How to start the survey
The People matter survey is open until Friday 3 November 2023.
You can start the survey here or scan the QR code on the posters in our offices and tea rooms.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, but if you can’t do the survey in one sitting, that’s ok – just save and continue later from the same desktop or mobile device. We are encouraging managers to provide time for their teams to complete the People matter survey, but if you’re unable to find time, please get in touch by emailing Chrissy.Hammond@monashhealth.org.
Help with the survey
If you need technical help with the survey, you can email people.matter@vpsc.vic.gov.au.
Thank you for your support in helping make Monash Health a great place to work.
