What happens next?
We are committed to understanding both our strengths and the areas that need improvement. The results from the People matter survey will guide our efforts in enhancing the workplace environment for everyone at Monash Health and feed directly into our Workforce Strategy.
Once the results of the People matter survey are released, hopefully later this year, we will provide an update of our results to the organisation.
If your area has 10 or more survey participants, a copy of your area’s full results will be provided to team Directors, and they will be provided guidance and resources to reflect on, and turn the results into positive and meaningful change.
