We continue our in-person event series, Site Forums: in conversation with our Executive Team, taking place on the second and third Thursday of each month across different Monash Health sites.

During the pandemic, we quickly shifted to online forums to stay connected. While this works well and we know people value having the ability to join and ask questions virtually, we also know the benefits of seeing you onsite in person.
These meetings are being held in addition to our Employee Forums on Tuesdays. They are not in a presentation format but an opportunity for you to come along and raise your questions and share your experiences with the Executive Team.
To get things started, Executive team members share some reflections and updates. The most valuable part of these visits has been to answer your questions, none too big or small, especially about your site or service area.
Please come along with your questions, which could cover Operations, Finance, Car Parking, People and Culture, Capital Projects, Digital Projects, Cafes, etc.
Details regarding each forum will be sent to each relevant site beforehand.
