We had the privilege of welcoming our incoming Chief Executive, Professor Eugine Yafele, to our first Employee Forum of 2024 on 16 January.
Eugine introduced himself and his family, described how his career began as a nurse in south London and answered questions from our Monash Health community.

Eugine is visiting Monash Health for three weeks before he is permanently located with us as Chief Executive in March.
He is spending time across our sites, attending events and will no doubt meet many of you during his visit.
In addition to bringing a deep and broad experience across senior clinical, leadership and operational roles, Eugine is particularly interested in value-based healthcare and reducing health inequities.
