If your team has not yet done so, they must complete the mandatory training on LATTE – ‘Move Smart – Introduction to Manual Handling’, then complete the online ‘Move Smart’ quiz by 1 October 2023.
As a manager, you are required to ensure that your employees have completed this training module. Please check the completion status of your team on the BI Portal and encourage team members to complete this module by the 1 October deadline.
Nursing, midwifery and theatre technician employees have recently completed the Move Smart ‘Safe Work Practice in Action’ Program. Your Move Smart Champions are available to provide support, coaching and training to help your team with key areas of safe work practice. Nursing, midwifery and theatre technician employees are required to complete an additional discipline-specific LATTE training module, ‘Move Smart Manual Handling – Nursing, Midwifery, Theatre Technicians’.
Some teams may need to complete additional discipline-specific LATTE training modules.
