Encouraging teams to share their experience will:
- Help us uncover what we need to keep doing and stop doing to ensure you have the best possible experience at Monash Health
- Help our leaders at all levels to better understand strengths and areas for improvement
- Ensure that your unique perspective informs organisational and team level actions to make Monash Health the best it can be for everyone.
Team incentives on offer
We’re keen to hear from as many people as possible, to make sure we get a representative view of what’s happening across our organisation.
So, we’re offering some team incentives. The teams with the highest response rates in two size categories will go into a draw for one of the prizes.
- For teams of up to 50 people, there will be 4 prizes valued at $200
- For teams of over 50 people, there will be 3 prizes valued at $500
The winning teams can work with People & Culture to decide how the prizes will be spent, but this could include a team building activity, wellbeing activity, or something as simple as a morning or afternoon tea.
