Team incentives on offer
We’re keen to hear from as many people as possible, to make sure we get a representative view of what’s happening across our organisation.
So, we’re offering some team incentives. The teams with the highest response rates in two size categories will go into a draw for one of the prizes.
- For teams of up to 50 people, there will be 4 prizes valued at $200
- For teams of over 50 people, there will be 3 prizes valued at $500
The winning teams can work with People & Culture to decide how the prizes will be spent, but this could include a team building activity, wellbeing activity, or something as simple as a morning or afternoon tea.
What will happen with my results
If your team has provided more than 10 responses, copies of your area’s full results will be sent to the team Director. These will help you understand more about your team and leadership style.
You will be provided resources to help turn these results into actions.
