Online training: New Interpreter Management System
On 29 November 2023, our Language Services team will be excited to launch the Interpreter Management System (IMS), a new platform for managing interpreter bookings that will be replacing the IBS (Interpreter Booking System). We are offering all wards and departments the opportunity to undertake online training in preparation for the introduction of the new system.
