Please join us on Wednesday, December 15 at 2pm via Webex for a special Manager Briefing on how to “Burnout Proof Yourself”.


Burnout Proof Yourself

This session is an opportunity to take stock of where you are now on the continuum between thriving and burnout and how you can start to make meaning, realign, recover, and grow.

Burnout is characterised by symptoms of exhaustion, disconnection or alienation from work and reduced performance. Such symptoms may include feeling emotionally drained and overwhelmed, physical exhaustion, or feelings of cynicism, inadequacy, or resentment.

We invite you to complete this confidential survey by midnight Monday 13 December to analyse your likelihood or risk of burnout and receive recommendations on what to do to reduce symptoms. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and you will be provided with a confidential report that provides you with your likelihood or risk of burnout and recommendations on what to do to reduce symptoms of burnout.
