This event brings together general practice, community health services, hospitals, council services, allied health services, community pharmacies, social services, social groups and others with a view to improving awareness and connectivity.
This event is an opportunity to have input into Monash Health’s Community Strategy, hear about Monash Health’s Mental Health services and the Police, Ambulance and Clinical Early Response (PACER) program. This will include a panel discussion with service providers from the region.
Primary care clinicians and leaders from health and social services in the Greater Dandenong region are invited to attend. Canapes and Refreshments are included.
