Hard to have Conversations
For some of us the thought of giving feedback, or speaking up about poor behaviour can leave us breaking into a cold sweat. The fear of the conversation turning into an argument, or relationships becoming uncomfortable often results in important conversations being ignored. What if we could view those ‘hard to have’ conversations as an opportunity to ‘seek to understand’ the situation and hold our conversations in a way that enables constructive outcomes?
