Medibank webinar – Am I OK?

Medibank webinar – Am I OK?

We’re flipping the script! In celebration of R U OK? Day, we’re asking the question ‘Am I OK?’.

Join Clinical Psychologist, Emily Toner, for this 60-minute session as she shares the importance of self-check-in, in order to support those around you.

It’s a well-known fact that you must fit your own oxygen mask before you fit others and the same goes for having deliberate and genuine conversations about mental health. That’s why this September, we’re asking people to ask themselves, “Am I OK?”. Emily Toner will take the audience through ways to check-in on their feelings, manage them and seek help when needed. This session is sure to give participants the confidence to check-in on friends, family and colleagues come R U OK? Day, as they will be armed with the knowledge and awareness to support others.
