Dr Dan Crompton, Clinical Director of Emergency Services at Bass Coast Health

Dr Dan Crompton is the Clinical Director of Emergency Services at Bass Coast Health. Having graduated in the UK, Dan moved to NZ soon after and worked in both metropolitan and regional settings, including rotations with neonatal and adult retrieval services. A decade later saw Dan move to Melbourne with his family to complete his Emergency Medicine Specialist Training. He has continued to work in both hospital and retrieval settings having held the position of Education and Training Lead for Adult Retrieval Victoria from 2016-19. Dan continues to teach with the Emergency Trauma Management (ETM) team in his spare time but his prime focus currently is developing the emergency services for the Bass Coast and South Gippsland Region.
