From consent forms to something cool: the Personify pathway
From a smartphone consent form to collecting a patient’s entire family and medical history before you even meet, learn all the ways the genomics unit in South Australia use Personify in clinic, and what we can do on our side of the border.
In genomics, getting informed consent is crucial but can take up limited consultation time. The team in SA sought out to streamline the process, ensuring patients are properly informed, and maximise the time in the consult for genomics care.
Join us to listen to Professor Christopher Barnett, SA’s Statewide Clinical Genomics Lead, speak about how they’re using Personify together with their hospital data system to digitize patient pathways.
- Date: Thursday, 30 March
- Time: 1:30pm-2:30pm
- Speaker: Professor Christopher Barnett, Head of Paediatric and Reproductive Genetics Unit at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Statewide Genomics Lead at the Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health
