Monash Health – Respectful Relationships at Work and Home

Monash Health – Respectful Relationships at Work and Home

Please join us on Wednesday, 7 December at 2pm for our annual 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence event via Webex.

We will be joined by special guest speaker, Dr Naomi Pfitzner, Lead Researcher at Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Centre, and Lecturer in Criminology, at Monash University. Naomi will discuss why respectful relationships are important, the relationship between inequality and gendered violence, and explore the actions we can take to drive positive change.

Naomi will be joined by Dr Ashlee Linck, Gender Equity Lead at Monash Health, who will introduce the Monash Health GEAP, and the concept of privilege and power on gender equality.

A Q&A session will follow to answer your questions and provide further information about how we can work together to prevent gendered violence through respectful relationships.

To ask a question during the event, log on to using your web browser or smartphone and enter the code #MHRRWH2022
