Please encourage your patients and their families to head to the Monash Children’s Hospital from 2pm for the reading of Alpacas with Maracas followed by the opportunity to join in on some arts and crafts activities as a part of NSS.

NSS is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association. Important aims of NSS are to promote reading, the use of libraries and Storytime activities in public libraries and communities. Monash Health Library runs a NSS in partnership with Monash Health’s local public library and inclusive of patients/families at both Monash Medical Centre and the Monash Children’s Hospital.

Monash Health Library have officially registered for the event with ALIA through our Monash Health Library membership.
