Staying Connected program – Parental Leave

With over 400 of our people on parental leave at any given time of the year, The Staying Connected Program is an initiative designed to enable our managers and employees to remain connected with each other throughout parental leave.

The social part of this program is hosting themed events throughout the year where all our parental leave employees, family members and their managers are invited to attend.  This involves a morning of activities, socialising and more importantly reconnecting during this special time of their life.

Our next Staying Connected event is a Mother’s Day morning tea and our records indicate you currently have a staff member/s on parental leave, we encourage you to make contact and invite them to this morning tea.

The Staying Connected program will also be sending a separate invite to your employee.
