A special edition of our Transforming Care forum will be held on Tuesday 2 July, with a focus on our new Strategic Plan. This is an opportunity for you to further understand how we integrate the guiding principles of the plan into our everyday work, while working towards our strategic intent – to be relentless in our pursuit of excellence.

We will also be providing an update on our portfolio of Capital Projects, including the Monash Medical Centre Emergency Department redevelopment, Casey Hospital expansion and Victorian Heart Hospital project, as well as other strategic initiatives.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions, via Slido and in person.
