In light of recent Government advice, Monash Health is taking bookings for Oxford AstraZeneca vaccinations for people aged 50 and over at our Kingston, Moorabbin and Casey clinics. Bookings at our Clayton and Dandenong clinics remain unaffected.
You can read the statement from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) here.
You must make an appointment before attending a COVID-19 vaccination clinic. Appointments are currently available for all Monash Health employees. Employee online booking is now available.
Please talk to your manager before booking to ensure they can maintain continuity of care in your work area.
If you answer yes to any of these questions, please call the COVID-19 Employee Vaccination Enquiries Line (03) 9594 5815 for advice before making a booking.
*Relevant for AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine only
Once you’ve discussed suitable times with your manager:
If there are spare appointment slots during the day, targeted bookings will be coordinated through managers.
Once you’ve had a COVID-19 vaccine, your immunisation provider will record it on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). You can get proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status with an immunisation history statement.
If you received your vaccination at Monash Health or elsewhere, or if you are opting not to be vaccinated, please complete the quick online declaration here.
Employees on extended leave (such as parental leave), will be eligible for vaccination when they return to work.
