Whether you’re working onsite or from home, taking a moment out of your day to have a break can make a real difference to your physical and mental wellbeing.
When we engage in long periods of sedentary behaviour or are in times of high stress, stretching can be a simple and effective way to get you moving and break up the day.
The good news is there are many stretches you can do in your office space or outside that have many benefits, including:
- Increasing range of motion
- Improving posture
- Reducing the risk of aches and pain
- Preventing inquiry
- Releasing stress and tension
