MOVE recordings available and changes to the schedule

You can now access the MOVE recordings on the Monash Health COVID-19 website. Past sessions of classes, including Pilates, Yoga and Strength and Fitness, are available for you to view when it is most convenient.

The MOVE program, Monash Health’s Organisation-wide Virtual Exercise program, offers a range of classes throughout the week. The classes cater for all skill levels and are run by Healthwise instructors who you may recognise from our onsite gyms.

Classes cancelled during Cup Day long weekend

Due to the Cup Day public holiday, classes will be cancelled on Monday 1 November and Tuesday 2 November. We look forward to seeing you when classes return on Wednesday 3 November.

Wednesday class moved to lunchtime

Following feedback from participants, we will be moving our Wednesday morning class to Wednesday lunchtime. From Wednesday 3 November, you can enjoy a Bodyweight Strength and Fitness class at 12pm.
