New drive-through Screening Clinic in Dandenong

Building on Victoria’s success in limiting the COVID-19 outbreak, Monash Health are working with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to develop local solutions to enable early detection, and swift public health responses, to reduce community transmission. Part of this involves testing in areas where cases are most likely to occur, where testing has been low and equity of access may be an issue, particularly for vulnerable groups.

To provide greater flexibility and increase testing rates in the City of Greater Dandenong, Monash Health has opened a new drive-through clinic today.  The clinic is located at the Carroll Lane car park (off Cheltenham Road, behind Dandenong train station) and is open seven days a week from 9am to midday, and 1pm to 4pm.

Our other screening clinics at Clayton, Dandenong and Berwick are still open seven days a week from 9am – 4 pm, and our Community based clinics at Cranbourne and Pakenham are open Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm.
