As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the health service and our wider community, there’s never been a more important time to check in on the mental health of yourself, your colleagues, friends and family.
That’s why we’re encouraging all staff to use Monash Health’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – a free, confidential service that provides employees with 7 day-a-week support and advice, should they need it.
Provided by Converge International, the EAP offers both short term counselling and coaching support for all employees, immediate family members, and volunteers.
EAP support is available on a range of different topics including:
- Manager assist
- Career assist
- Conflict assist
- Nutrition and lifestyle assist
- Money assist
- Family assist
- Legal assist
- Employee assist
The EAP service is available 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday, with limited availability on the weekends.
