Employees can now attend onsite EAP sessions with a Converge International consultant at MMC Clayton, Casey Hospital and Dandenong Hospital sites.
The service is confidential and available for all Monash Health employees to utilise and aims to assist you in meeting any challenges or demands you may be facing in your work or personal life.
This could include guidance on:
- How to build positive relationships
- Dealing with change and uncertainty
- Grieving and bereavement
- Working under pressure
- Mental health concerns and challenges
- Compassion fatigue

The sessions run for 30 minutes and there are bookings available until Tuesday 9 November.
Clayton, Monash Medical Centre
- Location: Old ELMHS building
- Directions: The old ELMHS building is the brown building outside of Nesso café external entrance. Enter through the Social Work Reception. For employees, wait in the reception area for the consultant.
